Gidderbaha (M Cl) Municipal Council, with population of about 45 thousand is Gidderbaha sub district's only municipal council located in Gidderbaha sub district of Muktsar district in the state Punjab in India. Total geographical area of Gidderbaha (M Cl) municipal council is 12 km2. Population density of the city is 3806 persons per km2. There are 17 wards in the city, among them Gidderbaha Ward No 02 is the most populous ward with population of 3392 and Gidderbaha Ward No 04 is the least populous ward with population of 2049.
Nearest railway station is Giddarbaha which is within the city. Giddarbaha is the sub district head quarter and the distance from the city is 10 km. District head quarter of the city is Muktsar which is 40 km away. Chandigarh is the state head quarter of the city and is 250 km far from here. Yearly average rainfall of the city is 800.1 mm. Maximum temperature here reaches up to 45°C and minimum temperature goes down to 5.5°C.
